We have thousands of Items here at AJs Pet Store. Our main warehouse is located in New York but we have two other warehouses located throughout USA that we ship our products from.

Our Low Domestic Shipping rates is automatically calculated at checkout, but we thought you might want to know our shipping rates before you order. Our shipping rates are very reasonable made for our customers.

We ship our items with these three carriers

Shipping time for our products is 3-9 business days. Custom orders maybe longer. If something is on backorder we will notify you via email to let you know and we will give you a timeframe when that Item will be arriving.

RETURNS: You may exchange your Clothes Item for a different size if it is too big or too small. Has to be in the original condition and package you received it in. Any other Item you may also exchange for a different size if it doesn't fit well. You may contact us for any further questions.
